The Naked Barker

This pit mix, named Maggie (I think) is the mascot for a shop.   I found her unusual because she was standing naked (aka w/o collar) on the sidewalk, barking at … nothing.  I went inside to ask about her and was told that she usually just sits around rather quietly.  She was not happy about my photographing her, as you can see.  

I thanked her for her patience and she ignored me completely.  After I left, she resumed barking at the air.  I wonder what was on her mind today…
